Hide and go seek is fun, what kid doesn’t like this game; full of suspense and laughter. Hide and go seek with food...not so fun. Part of eating clean is becoming a label reader, and if you're like me you probably find this pretty dull. A simple way to avoid this is to not eat packaged or fast food. But, I live in reality...so I know this isn’t always possible. Below is a list of common ingredients that are made from GM crops. For example, fructose is usually made from corn. Since we know that up to 90% of conventionally grown corn is GMO, if you are eating non-organic fructose chances are it's GM. This is the list I could come up with. I’m sure I have forgotten some...let me know if you think of more.
